CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH products may be ordered direct from CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH or through a Dealer in your area. Customer service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time if you have any questions. If ordering from CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH directly we only ship Monday through Friday and are closed on holidays.

All orders (within the continental United States) are shipped via USPS, FEDEX,UPS unless otherwise requested. CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover with a payment authorization. Payments may also be made through PayPal.  Prepayment is required for all shipments. Special custom order items require a full deposit with no refund. Additional service fees may be charged for drop shipments. NO COD.

No returns are accepted after ninety (90) days from original shipping date from  CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH and accompany all parts returned. All RGA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue. All returned product must have the original packaging for credit. A handling or repackaging fee of 30% will be charged on merchandise returned. A credit will not be issued for discontinued and custom made items returned. Any parts returned under a warranty claim will be inspected, repaired and returned promptly; an automatic credit for the item returned will not be issued. Freight charges must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. Due to the uniqueness of the products that we produce, a custom made item cannot be returned or cancelled.

All prices are FOB shipping point from the CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH facility in South El Monte, California. As CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH continues to introduce new and better products, CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CLUTCH reserves the right to change or modify specifications and prices as needed without prior notice.
